With help from Tina

Tina expanded her tutorial on making border backgrounds so that I could place the image of our societal information logo where I wanted it and also change the background color from white to a color from the image. I can move the border over further to make room for titles.

In Paint Shop Pro, I used the eye dropper to select a color from the icon as the new background color. The first time I enlarged the canvas, I kept center checked and made the size wider than the icon. The icon moved to the right with the background color on either side of it. I enlarged the canvas again, unchecked center, and made the width 1280 pixels to allow for different monitor screen resolutions.

I followed Tina's directions to put the text in a table. Instead of using the width as a percentage, I could have used a single pixel transparent gif in the first table column and expanded the width.
