7 - 9 medium sized potatoes
Peel and slice the potatoes. Saute the onions in a little bit of olive oil over medium heat. Add the potatoes and a quart of water. Put in 3 bay leaves and the chicken legs. Simmer for an hour. Remove the chicken, cut it into bite sized pieces, set aside. Mash the potatoes and stir the soup well. Add the milk and chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Pizza Potatoes
6 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
In a skillet, saute' potato and onion slices in oil until onion is transparent; stir constantly to prevent browning. Drain well. Combine potatoes and onions with cheese, pepperoni and salt in a crock-pot. Pour pizza sauce over top. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 2 hours.
4 1/2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4" cubes
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with oil and dressing mixes. Place in two greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pans. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 45 minutes or until tender. Cool. Transfer to a large bowl; add peppers, onions, tomatoes, eggs and bacon. Toss gently. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Pour over salad and stir gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
