The following records which reflect several generations of Harpers were passed down
through the family and are now in the possession of my husband, David Zack Harper, a great-grandson
of William Mark Harper. William Mark Harper's parents were Zacheus Harper and Mary
"Polly" Ruyle. William Mark Harper's wife, Lucy Ann Martin, was the daughter of
David W. Martin and Lucinda ???. William Mark Harper brought his family from Missouri to Oklahoma
where many of his descendants still live.
