Week 31
I will set daily goals. In my journal I will list the exercise, food and other goals. And I will write down if I accomplish them. For instance today's goals are to eat only 45 grams of fat, to do aerobics for 40 minutes, to take a relaxing bath and to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables. Getting healthy requires steps-our daily goals.
The Reward: The realization of my goals
Week 32
I will eat only at the kitchen table. I find I nibble and eat more than I should if I eat in front of the TV or computer. I also can't enjoy my food if I am paying attention to something else.
The Reward: Extra TV or Computer time
Week 33
I want to try to eat soup for one meal a day. Soup will make me less hungry for the meal. Cream soups are a no-no though unless it is homemade with skim milk.

Week 34
I bought a yoga video and watched it a few times this week. I hadn't realized how stiff I have become. Yoga also relieved the tension I had stored in my back. I will have a check for yoga twice a week in my journal.
