On the evening of March 9th, 1999, Mary-Eben, my polar fox gal, was getting rather chubby ;) I figured, either she'd have pups very very soon, or she would go a few more days and have a larger litter. Well, sure enough, I awoke the next morning to find 4 squeaky pups in the nest!! Just like her first litter, there are 3 dark eyeds and 1 pink eyed ;)

4/10/99 Today the pups, mom & dad went to a gerbil show =) Dad, Elan, won Best In Show!!!

4/7/99 Well, Victory (polar fox) & Ceres (grey agouti) are available after all.

3/28/99 Wow! They started opening their eyes at 16 days old! Well it turns out Trivia may not be reserved after all, he's such a cutie tho ;)

3/21/99 I think Victory is a polar fox. He is now reserved, along with his brother Trivia =)

3/17/99 Okay, it seems we have Ariadne (agouti F), Ceres (grey agouti M), Trivia (yellow fox? M), and Victory (SN/PF? M). I'm not positive about Trivia & Victory's colors. Oh, poor Ceres, he has a girl's name... but doesn't that ALWAYS seem to happen?!

3/15/99 Well so far I think (guessing) there's 1 golden agouti, 1 grey agouti, 1 ivory cream/red fox/yellow fox, and 1 that might be a polar fox or silver nutmeg, or it might just turn into a DEH or nutmeg ;) We'll see.

3/11/99 Hmm interesting. There is one pinkie, one ee pup (light skin, dark eyes), and one with semi-dark skin and dark eyes, and one with dark skin and dark eyes. Wonder what the 3rd one is? (BTW when I say dark skin I mean agouti-dark, not as dark as a black).

3/10/99 Four squeakies born today! They have an older sister & brother (Forte and Piano) to keep them warm ;) but right now dad & older sibs are banished to the house LOL while Mary makes her nest in the corner.
