On April 11th, I went to a gerbil show. I was going to take Riven along, because he's such a sweetie, but I changed my mind because Adia was getting rounder =) Sure enough, the very next day Adia gave birth to FOUR pups!

The pups are Kiara (black spot F), Fiona (lilac spot F), Oberon (argente M) and a little runtlet, Demetrius =)

5/11/99 Wow! Surprise! Adia had 2 pups today, after just 30 days. So, well, I can't take pictures of these cuties anymore =) If you're interested in adopting one, you know where to look! =)

5/9/99 Poor little Demetrius died yesterday =( He was doing really well for a while but then suddenly went downhill =(

4/29/99 Oberon has 1 eye open, and Kiara has 2! BTW Demetrius is a little argente, but I STILL can't tell if he/she's boy or girl! Their head has fur on it, but on the rest of them their fur is very sparse... poor little runt! He/she seems to be doing quite well tho, all things considered =)

4/19/99 The pups are black spot F (Kiara), lilac spot F (Fiona), argente M (Oberon), and the lil runt is Demetrius =)

4/17/99 We definitely have a black spot and a lilac spot, and an (I think) argente golden. The 4th pup is a little "runtlet" so I don't know what he/she is yet.

4/13/99 One of the darkies is spotted =)

4/12/99 The squeaky babies are all warm in the wooden house =) Besides mom and dad, older sister Calliope and older brother Mylow are there to keep them warm =) (however, both will be leaving soon)
