I'm 43, live in NYC and have been visually impaired all my life. I've been taking eye drops for glaucoma since I was about 8. I'm classified as legally blind, using magicification software for my PCs at home and at work. I work doing computer programming, security and related tasks. I do not use a guide dog or cane. I run with the Achilles Track Club, so I have some one who sees better than me running with me. Other interests: movies, rock music, science, the outdoors, photography... My web pages say much more.
