| The name of the agency was switched to the Nevada Department of Wildlife. My source didn't know the date this occurred, but I should have that information soon. As far as I know, the function of the agency didn't change. |

The agency once again underwent a name change. The agency was renamed the Nevada Division of Wildlife, which is what it is called today. There are two different patches bearing this name. This one is the first of these. The dates of the change are unknown to me at this time. |
| This is the current patch being used by the agency. The agency has several different parts, all of which are law enforcement, and all of which wear this same patch. These parts are Law Enforcement, Watercraft, Fish and Game, Habitat, and Information and Education. There are two different badge patches below, but it is unknown which is current. |
