here and becase I would not give
him forth cents a day he left and
people Down this way thinks that
I am obbliged to have hands and

hands I would get Done in A Bout
A couple of weeks if it had not raind
So much tell William Warner
tht I have Bought a buggy and
have got a job in Brunswick
County that I am going to in A Bout
3 or 4 weeks at the farthest

A Bout it Aunt Rainy Dowdy
said that Mss Sears told uncle
Daniel Medlins wife that She heard
that Jane was under the Doctor
But if She gets under the Doctor
it will be the first time since she
had the Measles She has been as well
all the since you seen her as she
was when you saw her
I want you to Send me the Reason
that you would not come down
to help me that is if you donot
come this time The Reason is asked
why you Dident Come Down
it Becaus your price was not large
Anough was it Becaus you thought
that if you would Come Down and
work you would not get Any pay
for it was it Bacaus you thought
that would not give you as much
as some of the Rest and you thought
that you could Do as much work
and Do it Better than the Rest or
was it Bacause it was too hot to
work or was it Becaus you were
too lazy to work Yours Henry T Collins
