                       FRIED RICE - JAPANESE STYLE

   3       c            Rice -- cooked and cooled
     1/2   lb           Bacon -- chopped
   1                    Medium onion -- chopped
     1/4   c            Celery -- chopped
   2       ts           Soy sauce
   1       d            Salt
   1       d            Pepper

   In a heavy skillet, brown bacon and drain (leaving
  about a Tbsp. of fat in the skillet. Add chopped
  onions and celery and saute for 3 minutes. Add cooked
  rice and mix well. Mix in 2 tsp. soy sauce. Salt and
  pepper to taste.
   NOTE: Chopped green pepper or chopped fried eggs may
  be added.
