Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
8 Chicken Legs -- Thighs Attached
     1/2 Cup Olive Oil
     1/3 Cup lemon juice
1 Tbs. fresh rosemary -- chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Enjoy with La Famiglia Pinot Grigio.

Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and a generous
amount of black pepper in a bowl. Pour this marinade over
the chicken legs in a shallow dish. Cover and let marinate
in the refrigerator overnight or for at least four hours.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and sprinkle with
salt. Cook over a medium-hot grill or under a preheated
broiler. Turn the chicken pieces over several times while
cooking and brush with the marinade. Cook for about 35
minutes. Let cool, pack into a picnic basket and enjoy!

NOTES : Very good recipe. Used separate legs & thighs
since that's what I had on hand...and makes for simpler
fingerfood. Thought this might need garlic but it's really
good just as is. Tastes best at room temp. Turn often to
avoid flare-ups.
