                       Pumpkin Cranberry Nut Bread

   2 1/4   c            Flour
     1/2   ts           Ground ginger
     1/4   ts           Cloves
     1/2   ts           Salt
   2       c            Sugar
   1       c            Solid pack pumpkin
     1/2   c            Macadamia nuts -- chopped
   1       t            Cinnamon
     1/2   ts           Ground nutmeg
   1       t            Baking soda
   2                    Eggs
     1/2   c            Vegetable oil
   1       c            Chopped cranberries

    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans (8" x 4"). Flour pans      
  and set aside.                                            
    Beat eggs in a medium bowl; slowly beat in sugar and    
  mix well. Add oil and pumpkin and mix well.  Sift all     
  the remaining ingredients together and stir into the      
  pumpkin mixture, just until combined. Stir in the         
  cranberries. (If desired, add about 1/2 cup shopped       
  nuts). Divide batter into the two loaf pans and bake      
  for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool before removing from      
  pans.  ENJOY!
