5. Cut dough in half. On lightly floured surface,
with floured rolling pin, roll half of dough into a
20x10-inch rectangle. Brush dough with 1/2 of melted
margarine or butter; sprinkle with half of
connamon-sugar mixture. Starting from a 10-inch side,
roll dough jelly-roll fashion; pinch seam to seal.
With serrated knife, slice roll crosswise into 2-inch
pieces. Arrange rolls, about 1 inch apart, in half of
the roasting pan. Repeat with remaining dough and
cinnamon-sugar mixture.
6. Cover roasting pan loosely with plastic wrap; let
rolls rise in warm place (80` to 85`F) until doubled,
about 30 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 350`F. Brush rolls with remaining
melted margarine or butter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes
until golden brown.
8. In cup, mix confectioners' sugar with 4 tsp. milk
until smooth. Brush glaze over hot roll. Serve later.
Makes about 20 rolls.
Each roll: About 420 cal, 15 g fat, 25 mg chol, 275
mg sod.
