SALEM MAN DIES HERE

Charles Shaughnessy, Visiting at the Home of Brother-in-law,
Chas. Loevenguth, Passes Away.
Undertaker Sanborn motored to Rome Sunday with the body of Chas. Shaugnessy, and from Rome the
body was shipped to his home in Salem, where the funeral was held Monday. Mr. Shaughnessy died
at the home of his brother-in-law Charles Loevenguth, on Friday. He was born in Salem, August
31, 1868, and was a son of William and Mary Downes Shaughnessy. He is survived by his wife, a
sister of Mrs. Loevenguth, and two children, a son and a daughter; also leaves two sisters,
Mrs. H. McClelland and Mrs. W. A. Jones, both of Salem.
Accompanying the remains to Salem were Mrs. Shaughnessy and Mrs. Loevenguth.
SHAUGHNESSY - In Camden, N.Y., July 13, 1923, Charles Shaughnessy of Salem, N.Y., aged 55 years.
