"Close Your Eyes"
11/9/94 by April ConyersClose your eyes...Lay back
Can you dream without sleeping?
Can you imagine the colors in a rainbow;
So vivid, each one glowing and virgin pure.
Like fresh snow on an early February morning.Have you ever walked barefoot through a field of
perfect grass?
Of course.
But did you really feel it?
Did you actually notice each blade slip softly between
your tiny toes?
Did you feel the rough sides as well as the silky
sides?
If not, then try again.
But this time- Close your eyes.

here's a couple of my favorite quotes:
"It is the heart that makes a man rich. He is rich
according to what he is, not according to what he has."
Henry Ward Beecher
"Three things in human life are important: the first is
to be kind, the second is to be kind, and the third is
to be kind."
Henry James"Maturity begins to grow when you can sense your
concern for others out weighing your concern for
yourself."
John MacNoughton"What you keep for yourself you lose, what you give
away, you keep forever."
Axel Munthe
This little poem was written by a friend of mine when
I was living in Co. Springs. I always really liked it.Jesus was homeless
Jesus was a traveler
Jesus was not lost
I am homeless
I am a traveler
I am not lost
Like father, like son
