Non-Dairy Shake
1 C frozen strawberries
1 banana (good place to use up over ripe bananas)
1 C pineapple or orange juice
any other leftover fruit (I'm a nut about using up
leftovers)
1/3 C cream of coconut (optional)
Blend well, enjoy.
My kids call these smoothies and love to scrounge
for the leftover fruits
because it makes each one unique.
