Ritz Cracker Pie

egg whites - beat stiff
- slowly add 1 cup sugar, add 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2
cup pecans and 20 finely rolled Ritz crackers.
Butter a pie pan, pour in and bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees.

Top with cool whip.

Pink Lemonade Pie

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
6 oz. can frozen pink lemonade -- softened
15 to 1  ounce can sweetened condensed milk
ounces Cool Whip LiteŽ -- thawed
juice of 1 lemon
prepared graham cracker pie shell
Combine softened lemonade, milk,
whipped topping and lemon juice. Stir until well

blended and pour into graham cracker
crust. Freeze until firm.
 
Before serving,remove from freezer and
let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Soda Fountain Pie

1 1/2  cups crushed sugar cones, (about 12)
1/2  cup butter or margarine melted
1/4  cup sugar
3 1/2  cups fresh strawberries, divided
quart of vanilla ice cream, oftened
1/3  cup malted milk powder
1 1/2  cups fudge ice cream topping, oftened
additional strawberries 
Combine crushed sugar cones,butter
and sugar.Press onto the bottom and up the
sides of an ungreased 10 inch pie plate. Freeze. Place
3 cups of strawberries in blender or food processor cover
an puree. Chop the remaining strawberries.Place
pureed and chopped strawberries in as large bowl.Add
ice cream and malted milk powder; stir to blend.Pour
into prepared crust. Cover and freeze overnight.  Spread
fudge topping over the pie to within 1 inch of edge;
freeze for at least 2 hours.  Remove from the freezer 20
minutes before serving garnish with additional
strawberries if desire

Creamy Vanilla-PIneapple Pie

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
cup sour cream
15  ounces crushed pineapple -- undrained
small package instant vanilla pudding
9 to 1  graham cracker pie crust
1/2  tub Cool Whip LiteŽ
Blend together sour cream, pineapple and pudding. Pour into crust, top with cool whip, and let chill before serving Related Items - None
