I got her in late August 2002. Goose's previous owner met Tiki, Niki and me at the classic car show. She asked if we would like to have a new addition to our feathered family because she didn't have time to give to the little bird. A week later I picked up the sun conure she called "honky". Later that same day, a friend of mine called the little bird a goose because of the honking noise that she makes. The name Goose stuck and that is what we call her now.
It turns out that Goose wasn't such a friend to Tiki afterall, she just wanted to EAT her.... can you imagine!! She now is owned by some good friends of mine, and I'm happy to report that she is thriving in their care.
