Dissolve yeast in warm water in large metal bowl.
Mix in salt and sugar.
Then add flour and work into a dough.
Divide dough so each child has his piece to knead.
He can pound and roll as he likes.
Dough should be smooth.
Cut into small pieces (the size of 1/2 an egg)
Roll into long skinny ropes.
Twist into pretzel shapes.
Place on paper-lined cookie sheet
sprayed with Pam, or use greased sheet.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with course salt.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min.
Serve immediately.
