This Web Ring was created for the express use of it's members and prospective members. It is designed to be used by show barns, breeding barns, home pages, and horse related clubs, and any other horse related reason, as a resource and link to the World Wide Web. The criteria for entry is:
Your site must be horse related.
Your site must be viewable by people of all ages.
Your HTML must be in place.
Your graphics must be in place.
The Ringmaster reserves the right to refuse entry to any page(s) deemed unsuitable for inclusion in The All Horse Web Ring.
That's all! The criteria are simple to allow everyone to participate in what I hope is the largest Web Ring on the Web!
