PUPPET SCRIPT

By Louise Ferry

"DISTINCT GIFTS"
1 Corinthians 12:1-11
PUPPETS: Sally & Chris

CHRIS: Sally, did you hear about the Dalton twins?

    SALLY: No, Chris, what happened?

CHRIS: Well, they just got their grade cards.

    SALLY: How did they do?

    CHRIS: Matt got straight "A's".

    SALLY: How did Mike do?

CHRIS: He didn't even make the honor roll.

SALLY: Making the honor roll is not the most important thing in life. Even though they are twins, they are very different.

CHRIS: Being different can be a good thing.

SALLY: Yes it can and I'm sure their mother told them that.

CHRIS: That's right, right after Mike said that Matt was smart and he was stupid.

    SALLY: He didn't?

CHRIS: Yes he did. But his mother told him he was smart too but in different areas.

SALLY: What areas would that be, Chris?

CHRIS: Matt is really skilled in testing but when it comes to applying what he tested good on, he has trouble.

    SALLY: And Mike doesn't?

CHRIS: That's right. Mike test lower than Matt but when it comes to applying what he has learned he does excellent.

SALLY: I remember our Sunday School teacher saying that God gives each Christian different gifts, too.

CHRIS: And their mom reminded Mike of that very thing.

SALLY: God has given each of us different gifts and only ask that we use our gifts for His work.

CHRIS: We shouldn't complain about being different but instead use what God gave us. Bye

SALLY: It is neat being different. See you everybody. Bye boys and girls.
