        Potato Toppers
        • 1 8oz cup plain low fat yogurt
        • ½ cup ricotta cheese
        • 1 tbs. each grated cucumber, green pepper, onion
        • pepper to taste
        Combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover and chill.

        Tuna Croquettes
        • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
        • 1 6oz can drained water packed tuna
        • 1 cup grated carrots
        • ½ cup skim milk
        • ½ cup diced celery
        • 1 beaten egg
        • 1 tbs. onion
        • pepper to taste
        Combine ingredients and shape into cones. Place on pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

        Snacker-Crackers
        • 1 pack dry ranch style dressing
        • ¼ tsp. dried dill weed
        • ¼ tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
        • 1/ tsp garlic powder
        • 2 11 oz boxes oyster crackers
        • ½ cup vegetable oil
        combine all ingredients and serve with snack crackers.
