        Coconut Pie
        • 1 stick butter
        • 1 can coconut
        • 1 1/2 cup sugar
        • 1 tsp. Vinegar
        • 3 eggs
        • 1 tsp. Vanilla flavoring
        Melt butter, add sugar and mix well. Add 1 egg at a time stirring well after each one. Add coconut, vinegar, and flavoring. Mix well, pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.


        Blueberry Cream Pie
        • 4 bananas
        • 1 cup cream cheese
        • 1 can blueberry pie filling
        • 6 oz non-dairy whipped topping
        • 2 graham cracker pie crusts
        • 1 cup sugar
        Cream together sugar, softened cream cheese. Stir in whipped topping. Line 2 graham cracker pie crusts with 4 sliced bananas. Pour the cream cheese in on top followed by blueberry pie filling. Chill.

        Anita's Pecan Pie
        • ¾ cup sugar
        • ½ cup dark Karo syrup
        • ¼ cup melted butter
        • 3 eggs well beaten
        • 1 cup chopped nuts
        Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

        Million Dollar Pie <
        • 1 can eagle brand milk
        • 3 tbsp. lemon concentrate
        • 1 9oz cool whip
        • 1 cup nut
        • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
        Mix all ingredients well and spoon into two baked pie crust.

        Pecan Raisin Nut Pie
        • 4 eggs
        • 1 ½ cups sugar
        • ¾ stick butter
        • 1 tsp. nutmeg
        • 1 ½ cups raisins
        • 1 ½ cups pecans
        • 1 tsp. vanilla
        Mix all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 325-350 until pies are thick and brown. Makes 2 pies

        Strawberry Pie
          1 cup water
        • 1 cup sugar
        • 1tbs. strawberry Jell-O
        • 6 tbs. corn starch
        • fresh berries
        Mix sugar, water, corn starch and bring to a boil over medium heat until it becomes thick. Add Jell-O and pour over berries placed in a graham cracker crust.

        Chocolate Pie
        • 3 cup sugar
        • 6 tbs. cocoa
        • 3 eggs
        • 1 tsp. vanilla
        • 1 large can milk
        • 1 stick melted butter
        • 1 small can coconut
        • 1 small can pecans
        Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Makes 3 pies.

        Joann's Pecan Pie
        • 2 cups brown sugar
        • 1 cup white sugar
        • 4 tbs. milk
        • 2 tbs. flour
        • 4 eggs
        • 2 tsp. vanilla
        • 2 ½ sticks butter
        • 2 cups pecans
        Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325-350 for 40-45 minutes.
