        Lime Ice Cream Salad
        • 1 pack lime Jell-O
        • 1 cup pineapple juice
        • 1 cup sharp grated cheese
        • ½ pint vanilla
        • 1 large can pineapple (crushed and drained)
        Dissolve Jell-O in heated juice, let cool. Pour Jell-O mixture over ice cream. Mix well, add cheese and pineapple. Pour into mold.


        Tortellini Vegetable Salad
        • 1 oz oil
        • 1/8 tsp. pepper
        • 2 oz mayonnaise
        • 1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
        • 1/2 pkg. dry soup mix
        • 2 oz tomatoes (chopped)
        • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley
        • 2 oz green onion
        • 1/2 tsp. basil
        • 1/2 lb. tortellini
        Drain the cooked tortellini and rinse with cold water until cool. In a bowl, combine dry soup mix, mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, basil, chopped parsley, and pepper. Stir in the tortellini, sliced green onions, and chopped tomato. Chill until served.


        Fruit Salad
        • 1 large can pineapple chunks (drained)
        • 1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
        • 1 can coconut
        • 2 cans fruit cocktail (drained)
        • 3 apples cut into small chunks
        • 3 bananas cut up
        • ½ lb. raisins
        • 2-3 cups mini marshmallows
        • 1 cup pecans chopped
        • 1 large carton sour cream
        Mix all ingredients together and chill.

        Pineapple Salad
        • 1 3oz cream cheese
        • 1 small can pineapple drained
        • 1 carton pineapple yogurt
        • ½ cup sugar
        • ½ carton of cool whip
        Mix together and freeze.

        Orange Salad
        • 1 12 oz cottage cheese
        • 1 10oz cool whip
        • 1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
        • 1 pack orange gelatin
        • 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
        Mix all ingredients and chill.

        Watergate Salad
        • 1 pkg. JELL-0 Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
        • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
        • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
        • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
        • 1-3/4 cups thawed cool whip
        Stir pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and nuts in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
