Sandwiches

        Tuna and Sprouts Sandwich
        • 1 oz Mayonnaise
        • 1/4 TSP celery seed
        • 1/4 TSP onion powder
        • 1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
        • 6 oz Tuna
        • 4 French bread rolls
        Mix mayonnaise, celery seed, and onion powder in a bowl. Add tuna and sprouts; mix well. Spread over rolls. Serves 4


        Po'boy Sandwiches
        • 1/2 lb. ham
        • 1/4 tsp. salt
        • 1/4 lettuce (each sandwich)
        • 4 oz mayonnaise
        • 1/4 lb. salami
        • 1 oz chili sauce
        • 1 oz onions (grated)
        • 1 red onion
        • 1 cup swiss cheese
        • 4 French bread rolls
        • 1 oz sweet pickles
        • 1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
        • 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
        • 2 tomatoes
        In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, grated onion, chopped sweet pickles, liquid hot pepper sauce, and salt. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over 4 split french bread rolls on each side. Divide and layer ham, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, lettuce, sliced swiss cheese, and sliced salmni on the rolls. Serves 4
