ANDES COFFEE

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 Andes Mints(the chocolate with mint filling)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup half & half
  • 2 cups double strength coffee
  • whipped topping
  • In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar and mints. Heat
    and stir until sugar dissolves and mints melt. Add milk,
    half & half and coffee. Pour into mugs. Top with whipped
    topping and chocolate curls.
