RICH AND CREAMY COFFEE PUNCH

  • 1 gallon strong hot coffee
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened

    • Combine coffee and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    Chill well. Fold in whipped cream and ice cream just before
    serving. Yield: about 5 quarts.
