Veronica Brown-Krenzel

The photo above pretty much sums up my life current life. My husband, Bob, is a lot of wonderful things, but photogenic is not one of them! Although he is taller than me, so we can blame that photo defect on the photographer. Bob has a model shop/prototyping business, and we have been together 7-1/2 years. The cutie in red is our daughter, Jenna, who joined our family February 2, 2001. Jenna will be joined my a little brother (if you believe the ultrasound technician) in mid-August. I should be good and fluffy (see also-huge) by the reunion. So if anyone is worried that they have put on some weight in the past 20 years, come hang out by me!

I have been involved in the landscape irrigation industry for about 10 years, but have recently shifted my priorities. Instead of traveling a nine-state sales territory for a manufacturer, I now stay close to home and work for an irrigation distributor (one of my previous customers).

What else in 20 years? Briefly – eight years in Minnesota, and three years in California, before returning to the Peoria area in early 1993. I met Bob in November 1994, and after “commuter” dating for two years (Chicago to Peoria) I moved to Schaumburg in the fall of ’95.

I look forward to seeing many of you in July.
