BIG
T'S PRAYER
Dear
Lord, please spare
this
little angel's life.
Ride
with her to the hospital
and
hold her little hand tonight.
And
lord, help the kind people who
saw
her sad eyes.
Who
heard "Where's my Daddy?"
and
her desperate cries.
And
Lord I believe,
Down
deep in my heart
You
were with each one here
who
have done their part.
And
when she squeezed my fingers
with
that tiny hand
I
wished I was you,
and
not just a man.
I
wanted to take the pain
from
this frightened child
To
wipe away the tears
and
find a smile.
And
even though
my
heart was broken
No
negative words,
were
ever spoken.
Get
her to the hospital,
and
let her be alright
To
heal in every way
from
this terrible night.
And
let tomorrow for her
be
a beautiful day
Let
her laugh, run,
jump
and play.
And
let her remember the love
and
care given by me,
And
the caring hearts and
gentle
hands of Company 3.
