FRUIT PIZZA

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 cups flour
1 T baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

FILLING
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Cool Whip
Assorted fruits for topping
Apricot jam

Cream together sugar, butter and egg. Blend in flour, baking powder and salt. Pat mixture into ungreased 14-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Arrange an assortment of bite-size fruit pieces over cream cheese mixture. Glaze with melted apricot jam and serve immediately.
