4 oz pkg custard mix (not instant)
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp grated orange rind
1 egg yolk
1 cup canned pumpkin
Combine combine all ingredients, except pumpkin, in a heavy saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil. Remove from heat. Add pumpkin, stirring until well mixed. Pour into serving dish; chill until firm, about 3 hours.
