CRANBERRY BREAD

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp baking soda
dash of salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Melt the butter and stir in the sugar. Add the eggs, extract and orange juice, mixing well. Stir together dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture and blend just until mixed. Fold in cranberry sauce. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted into loaf comes out clean. Remove from pan and allow to cool on rack. May also be baked in 3 mini loaf pans.
