This is great to have on hand for those cold winter days! So much better than the packages of instant cocoa you buy at the market! This also makes great gifts! Pour dry mix into jars and add a tag with instructions, and a bit of raffia or a ribbon.

8 qt pkg nonfat dry milk powder
1 lb powdered sugar
1-3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
6 oz jar powdered non-dairy coffee creamer

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 45 servings (8 oz). For one serving, place 1/3 cup cocoa mixture into a cup, add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Variations:
Mocha: Add 1/2 cup instant coffee crystals to dry mixture
Cappuchino: Add 2 T cinnamon and 1/2 cup instant coffee crystals to dry mixture
