1 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
1-1/2 lbs almond bark or white chocolate
2 cups chopped walnuts
Place craisins in a vegetable steamer; cover and steam 2-3 minutes. Remove to a paper towel; blot and cool. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Remove from the heat and stir in the craisins and walnuts. Spread evenly over a buttered, foil-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until candy is hard. Break into 2 inch pieces.
Makes 2 lbs.
