23 oz can sweet potatoes, drained
2 T orange juice
2 T orange marmalade
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped pecans

Mash potatoes coarsely using a fork. Stir in orange juice, marmalade, raisins, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon into a 1-1/2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle pecans on top. Microwave on high 7-9 minutes or until bubbly hot.
