The Music Room

This is the Music Room, where Erik spends much of his time. He is here now, in fact, playing upon his grand piano. The music is beautiful and heartbreaking, and for a moment you can do nothing by stand there and listen. He does not look up; if he notices your presence, he does not mind it.

A lovely wooden music stand is in one corner, holding a thick portfolio that nearly overflows with sheet music written out in Erik's spidery hand; a violin case rests on the floor beside it.

A low glass case is along one wall. When you draw nearer to it, it seems to be full of trophies for excellence in many fields.
