You exit the safety of Erik's house and find yourself in the winding stone passages of the labyrinth underground. You squint in the dark trying to discern between the many darkened tunnels. As your eyes adjust to the dark, you notice that there are small signposts placed here. How kind, Erik and your hostess do not want you to lose your way.
All you have to do is spend a little time on the web to discover that the internet is chock full of Phantom sites. Here I've compiled a separate little Links List of my personal faves. These places are, in my opinion, some of the best Phan hangouts on the web.
The *Unofficial* Phantom Homepage Images from the show, summaries of the show and Phantom novels, links to the complete libretto, other Phantom sites, and much, much more.
The *Official* Phantom Homepage has many interesting areas to check out, including "Phantom Notes," where you can send a virtual message with a Phantomish theme! You can even order tickets online through Ticketmaster.
The Phantom Ring, The Phantom Ring2 and Phantom Phiction Ring are great places to start if you want to spend hours hopping from one Phantom site to another. I am a proud member of all three.
The Phantom of the Opera Club, hosted by Yahoo! and run by myself and my friend Jennifer, has a BBS, Links List, and Phantom chat. Anyone is free to join- "all we ask of you" is that you bring your ideas and opinions about Phantom, and feel free to share them!
The Phantom Appreciation Society, fittingly run by Christine Daae, is a great place to go to find out more about the Broadway show. It contains unique images, news and opinions about the production.
Phantom Books is the place to start if you want to read about Phantom. You'll find tons of different Phantom writings here, organized into categories and complete with ratings. My own fanfic, "Al Fin con Amore," is listed in the "Online" category.
The 'No Film of Phantom' Campaign homepage Here you can read all about Hollywood's heartless and futile attempt to capture Phantom on film, from the latest news on the endeavor to FAQ's about why the film should NOT be made. There's even an online petition you can sign.
The Phantom's Labyrinth is a beautiful site run by Eleanor. The content is varied and considerable - she has phanfic, links, loads of images and much, much more than you can ever go through in one sitting.Gallius's Page is a quality site put together by a fellow phan. Check it out!
