Page 1 (Cover): Lon Chaney, Jr. as THE WOLF MAN.

Page 2: Maniac Sketchpad by Terry L. Doubleday.

Page 3: Credits; More Maniacs Like...Ann Robinson; Table of Contents; From the Editor (Editorial - FJA is Dr. Acula!).

Page 4 - 5: Maniacal Monster Mumblings (Maniac Mail!).

Page 6: Maniacal News - A Closer Look: This segment has a new header drawing by Richard Olson; News: Fellow Maniac Going to The Ackermansion - Nick Leonard was going to the Ackermansion and was going to take pictures for a future issue of SMM!; Wonderfest '96 - Convention I attended as a dealer; Universal Monster Stuff; In the Coming Months - Books, Hammer Horror Trading Cards: Series 2, Videos.

Page 7: ASK UNCLE FORRY! - Maniacal Questions for our Maniacal Monster Guru! This was a new segment that FJA agreed to do for the SMM newsletter. It includes another header drawing by Richard Olson. We all love FJA!

Page 8: Maniac Monster File -THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (article about the different PHANTOM OF THE OPERA films; Faces of the Phantom - photos of the different PHANTOM OF THE OPERA films.

Page 9: It's time to play...WHAT THE HECK FILM IS THIS? with your host B.A. Stoner! - Terry Doubleday had sent me photocopies of some lobby cards. He didn't know what film the photos were from, so this was my idea on trying to get club members to see if they knew. Fellow Maniac Ron (Graven Images) Borst ended up sending in the answer.

Page 10: Forrest J. Ackerman Resigns by Richard Stoner. Article I wrote about what I knew of FJA resigning from FM. What a pisser!

Page 11: Frankencycle - A Maniacal Toy Close-up provided by Richard Olson. Fellow Maniac Richard Olson had sent me pictures and photcopies of this toy by Ideal. I made up a little info sheet on the subject.

Page 12 -13: Cross Word Crypt by Richard Olson. This was a nice crossword puzzle that Richard Olson made up. It's mostly about Lon Chaney, Jr.

Page 14 - 16: The Quest for Stoner - Part II - A Religious, Fantasy & Sci-FI Tale (That could very well become a living truth) by Terry L. Doubleday. This is the conclusion to the comic from SMM #1. Like I said before...a very bizarre comic with Aliens, Spacemen, Stoner and of course... Jesus Christ! Just in time for Easter!

Page 17:Stoner's Mayhem! - photo and short article about these stamps that had Lon Chaney, Jr. cartoons on them (from Mad Magazine). Quite unique!; Maniacal Birthdays - Lon Chaney, Vincent Price, Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, Basil Rathbone and Peter Lorre.

Page 18: Makin' Mayhem by Richard Olson. Article about making your very own Giant Devil Bat from the 1963 Showman's Manual for KISS OF THE VAMPIRE.

Page 19: Monster Shindig - A Maniacal Review by Richard Olson. Again, Richard Olson has another article (he has been very involved in the club with many different areas) about the Monster Shindig record album from 1965.

Page 20: The Maniacal Adventures of Dustin Jablonski (a.k.a. Dr. Monster). Dr. Monster talks more about his childhood memories of FM and FJA. Dustin Jablonski has done quite a great deal for me and the club. He was basically responsible for getting FJA involved in the club!

Page 21: Dr. Monster Meets The Ackermonster. Photocopies of things that FJA had sent to Dustin Jablonski when he was growing up.

Page 22: Maniac Jim's Movie Trivia.

Page 23:Maniac Monster Club Members (30 members). Among those listed is Ron Borst. Ron contacted me about the newsletter. He had spied a copy of the Maniac News on FJA's desk at the Ackermansion. So being the completist collector he is, he had to have all the issues that had been produced. I made him a Maniac Monster Club Member for a year, if he would answer some questions that I could put together as an interview (see SMM #3); Next Issue Listing; Maniac News/SMM Back Issues!

Page 24 (Back Cover): A Maniacal Word From...Vincent Price! Photo of Vincent Price saying "Please be a Stoner! Something might happen if you don't!"
