Well, you asked, now I'm delivering. Exclusively on this site, pictures from the set of Dogma! None of them really reveal anything, except maybe a little effects make-up, but, hey, you can't have everything. Please don't take any of these pictures without my permission, seeing as how there are only two people who have access to them, I will know they're mine. Thank you.
Here's me with the creature
and digital effects crew. That little blob in the middle of the
picture is the head of the Golgothan. That's probably what it
looked like a long time ago. Obviously it looks much better in
the film, but you'll just have to wait for that. This was taken
on the last day of shooting in Pittsburgh, with just effects in a
studio.
Here I am again with Jason
Mewes' standin, Randy. This was on the set of some 2nd unit work
for the last scene in the film. I'm not sure who that guy in the
background is, behind Randy, but he kind of resembles LaFours, so
I kept it in. I honestly can't remember him being on set, though.
It's kind of spooky.
With me in this picture are
Robin, Special F/X girl (she made all the fires), Steve, Matt
Damon's photo double, and Julie, the extra standin (figure that
one out if you will). This was taken the same day as the previous
picture. You'll notice the banner in the background. That's the
one with the mispelled word. See if you catch it in the film.
Once again here I am, this
time with Liz and Ben Jensen, two of the stunt doubles. This
picture was also taken on the last day of shooting here in the
'Burgh, about half an hour before everything wrapped up. You
can't really tell, but Ben and I are wearing our Dogma sweaters.
They don't show up in the film, but they're still neat,
none-the-less.
This time I paused to take a
picture of Julie and Catlin in front of Mooby's, about a week
before it was torn down. You can't see much from this picture,
but the whole building is that color. They even color coordinated
the doors to the trash dumpsters. Pretty neat, huh?
Well, that's all for now. I hope you've enjoyed yourself. If you want to see more you'll have to wait for Kevin to provide that. I've done my part. Don't forget to sign the Dogma guestbook before you go. I like to know who's been here.
curious Askewers have ventured here.
