Let me introduce you to Jenni real quick. She is the very young looking 39 year old mother of two, Chris and Danielle. She has raised and supported her daughter in becoming one of the most talented actresses in Hollywood. Chris, too, is well on his way to stardom himself. Throughout all of this, she has remained very cool-headed and down to earth.
She has come on the Celebrity Sightings chat lines quite frequently. Insodoing, she got so many of her own fans, you really couldn't tell who was the bigger celebrity there, Danielle, or mom! If you ever get a chance to talk to her while you are on CS, you are in for a treat!!!! She is soooo cool!
Here are some interesting facts on her:
Date of Birth= 2/20/58
Eye color - green
Hair - Med. brown
Place of Birth - San Francisco, CA
Favorite food - kung pao chicken w/veg. fried rice
Hobbies - working out w/Danielle
Favorite palce to visit - Maui, Hawaii
Favorite shows to watch - "I watch VERY little tv. I try to watch BMW, but besides that, I don't watch tv!!"
Years lived in America - "All my life. Both of my parents were born and raised in Malta, which makes me pure Maltese."
Years married - l7
How she met her husband - "I met Rick in High School. We were sophomores and began dating when we were l5. We dated all through High School, and broke up for almost 2 years after we graduated. We got married when we were 21, and moved to Arizona for 2 years while Rick finished school at ASU. Danielle was born in Mesa, AZ 3 weeks before we moved back to California.
College - "I never went to college which is one of my regrets. After graduating from High School I made one of those "I'll take a year off from school and go to college later" decisions. Instead, I got a job, moved out on my own, married young, and had children. When Danielle was born, Rick and I decided it was best for me to stay home and raise our kids, which is what I have done ever since. College never seemed to fit into the plan."
Tips for parents on getting a child in the biz. - "Having a child in the business would be very difficult to manage if you have a job outside of the home. Interviews come up at a moments notice, and many hours will be spent on the freeways. Once the child is working regularly, it becomes a FULL TIME job for the parent!!"
As we know, Jennifer's family comes from Malta, and she still has many family
members over there that she hasn't seen in a while. What are her thoughts on them?
"I think it will be fun to get to know [them] all over again as an
adult. My memories of relatives from Malta are usually things
like, "Oh yeah, I remember him....he used to tease me a lot", or
"oh yeah, that was the one who used to give me candy all the time",
or my personal favorite.."oh yeah, he's the one who caught that
lizard for me!" Somehow I believe there is more to my relatives
than what I saw thru a 7 year old's eyes."
Just how BIG is her family?
"There are certainly a lot of them. My Dad was the oldest of 12
children and my mom was the youngest of 8 children. I could introduce half of Malta to you!!!
