synopsis
(sci-fi action) It's been described as Mad Max meets Jaws! In a post-apocalyptic future, dragons have been awaken from deep inside the earth. They are soon unleashed, flying in greater and greater numbers, feasting on humans. Christian plays Quinn, the leader of the British fire captains - people who kill dragons. Soon, he and an American fire captain, played by Matthew McConnaughey, join forces to destroy the dragons' lair!

Directed by X-FILES movie and TV series director, Robert Bowman. Super pedigree includes producer Richard D. Zanuck who also produced a little monster movie called JAWS! Rumours that Jamie Bell (BILLY ELLIOT) was going to join the cast were dropped when Bell decided to stick to school instead. Also stars Izabella Scorupco as Christian's love interest as well as STAR TREK DEEP SPACE NINE's Alexander Siddig.
