Julia ran her glove over Tommy's now still body.  'Damn.  I was so sure
he was going to be okay.' she thought to herself.  His face was very
pale...sickly.  That was surprising because of the fact he had such a fever.  The
fever frightened Julia.  He should be getting better with all the drugs she
pumped into him.
      Devon walked into the tent like she owned the place.  "Devon.  I think
I should work alone."
      "Yes, I understand.  I just want to see how he is doing." she walked over
to Tommy.
      "Well.  He is sick.  He's got a high fever and his wounds are acting
differently then I thought they would." she continued her scan.
      "Do you think it could have something to do with the fact he is from the
past?"
      "That may have something to do with it.  Can you get Yale?"
      "Of course" Devon walked briskly out of the tent.

      "...So that's exactly what happened." Kimberly finished explaining about the
events of the past few days.
      "Interesting." he thought, "About this monster.  What are you going to do
about it?"
      Kimberly wiped a tear, "I don't know Billy.  I don't think you and I could
defeat it on our own."  Billy nodded in agreement.  "There would have to be
another way."
      "Yes.  I can't think of anything though."
      "Wait," she stood, "I think you should talk to Yale.  He is as smart as
you." she smiled.
      "A YALE?" his eyes widened, "Those were taken off the market years ago. 
They all malfunctioned and stuff."
      "Ya, well, this 'YALE' is really cool."
      "Okay."

      Yale looked at a holograph coming out of his wrist, "It appears, Devon, that
the HC, Healing Chip, we all have is not present in Tommy.  That is because it
happened in his future.  The medicine Julia has been giving him uses the idea
of the HC, but since he doesn't have it the medicine could actually be making him
sicker." 
      "Oh my god." she whimpered.
      "I never even thought about that." Julia shoke her head, "I can't believe
I did that."
      "How is he?" asked Devon.
      "He's slipped into a deep sleep.  He still has a fever.  Hopefully his body
is strong enough to get through this." Julia frowned.
      "What do you mean 'get through this'?" asked Devon.
      "If he has had too much," Yale cleared his throat, "he could die."

      Yale walked out of the tent and was greeted by a new face.  Kimberly
explained to Yale who Billy was and what the problem was.  They went into a
large tent and talked.
      "Can you think of any way we could get the powers from the past?" asked
Kim.  Billy could tell that she was kind of distant.
      "I don't think so, Kimberly.  All the machines that I have on Aquitar would
not be able to get the powers."
      "Nor here." added Yale.
      Kimberly looked out the door.  "Wait!  I have an idea!" she jumped up in
the air and sat back down.  "The VR.  Uly and True kept wanting me to play
Power Rangers in the VR.  They said they could morph!!"
      "The VR.  We have that on Aquitar.  I think it would work!"     
      Yale scratched his beard, "That is possible.  The Power may be weaker
than you are used to."
      "Kimberly," Billy held her hand, "I can't fight anymore.  I really can't."
      "But why?  When you left you were in perfect shape with a black belt!"
      "I'm not sure.  Kimberly.  I should have been dead years ago.  The scans
I've run on myself say that I am very brittle.  I can't."
      Kimberly's eyes watered more.  Thinking about the fact that she 'was' dead
in his time was frightening.  "I understand Billy."
      "Kimberly, can you do it alone?  I would not think that any of us can help.
We don't understand the Power.  Uly and True may think they can but from what
you've told me its more complicated."
      "It is." Billy replied.
      "I can't do it alone.  I need..." she stopped.
      "Tommy." Billy finished.

      "Devon."  Yale came back into Julia's med tent.  "Kimberly came up with
a plan.  Fight the monster in VR."
      "Interesting idea." She thought for a moment, "How would you get the
monster into VR."
      "We think that if we sneak up on it that will work.  When it is distracted
we, from outside VR, can destroy it."
      "Good thinking team." she looked at the still Tommy, "We'll do it."
