Dear Submittor,

In an attempt to improve the quality of files we receive here
at OLGA, we have introduced new acceptance policies. In
accordance with these policies, we have to return your file to you
   for the following reason(s):

( ) - it is already represented in the Archive. You should combine
the existing version(s) with your own, so that the archive
will contain a single file only. If you believe
yours is simply better, please explain this when you
resubmit. However, the archivist may request that you contact
the previous author if that is deemed necessary.
( ) - it is taken from a copyrighted book or magazine. Tabs of
this sort will NEVER be added to the archive.
( ) - it is not in plain text format. Please submit PLAIN ASCII
TEXT files (usually *.txt). When working in a word-processor
(such as MSWORD, WordPerfect, MacWrite), be sure to select
'Save As' and then select 'plain text' format.
        ( ) - it is compressed and/or encoded using a method
unreadable by us. This includes BinHex, UUEncoding (MIME),
*.ZIP, *.TAR, *.GZ files. In short, ANYTHING which is not
	             	straight text.
( ) - it contains high ASCII characters which look ugly and can
disrupt the file spacing by knocing the lyrics out of
                alignment with the chords.
( ) - it has problems with its layout. Please check to make sure
your tab is not running over 80 columns, and that it is in
a monospaced font such as Courier.
For examples on how to format your tabs, please see the Tab FAQ: The Guide To TAB Notation

( ) - it has insufficient detail. If your submission is a .tab
file, you MUST include a substantial amount of tab, unless
your submission is an addition to an existing tab. If
it is, please indicate that it is to be added to another
tab when you resubmit. If it is a .crd file, please submit
the chords for the entire song (including bridges/breaks).
( ) - you must not include lyrics. To indicate the flow of the song
to the reader either by including the CD time for each section,
or by indicating verse, chorus, break, etc., or by giving
the CD time for each section.
( ) - you must clearly indicate the pattern of verses, choruses,
bridges and any solos the song may contain. You must
indicate the form of the song by indicating the order
of chord patterns or riffs as they appear in the song.
( ) - you have submitted more than one tab per message. Please
submit only one tab per message.
( ) - other - please see after this letter.
When you are ready to resubmit, send your file again to guitar@olga.net
with a note at the top, stating that (and how) you have addressed the archivists' concerns.
Upon re-submission, we will gladly review your contribution and hopefully add it to the Archive.

Thanks for your time,

The OLGA Archivists
