I like Luke because he seems to be an all around cool guy. There are of course the bright blue eyes, but I think it's his personality that makes me like him. He seems like the kind of person that won't judge you for your looks, but on your personality.
I don't like him, I'm in love with him!! Everything he does is cute! I can't even get mad at him anymore! Ooohhh. *sigh*
Because he is everything I hope to become. He's strong, brave, handsome, friendly, sweet, caring, everything a person could wish....
Why do I like Luke? Why wouldn't I like Luke? He's sooo cute! Nobody whines as cute as he does. Plus, he's got those dreamy blue eyes, and he's a Jedi. *drooling*
I love how Luke changes and matures over the course of the Trilogy. How much
more different can you get? He starts out a whiny farmboy and ends up a
powerful JediKnight.
I also think he had harder obstacles to overcome than any of the other characters. I love Luke and wished I could be like him when I was younger. He'll always be my favorite.
Jeepers,like I've had this silly crush on him since '77! Gah!I was a zombie for YEARS, until, like, nothing was coming out from Lucasfilm in the 80's, an' I got into pencilling comic books. I have this thing for cleft-chinned blondes, perhaps because of him. I wanna see the "77 version again,where he asks Ben,"What's a duck?"(he's spent all his years on a sandball of a planet,how's he supposed to know,right? And ,like, hey, wouldn't we like to be there anyway.)
I totally worship Luke because he's such an incredibly (mentally as well as physically) strong guy!!!! He's lived through more than the other Star Wars characters time 10!!!!
I love Luke because he's the greatest character anyone ever created. Sometimes it's hard to believe he isn't real... (Isn't he?!)My life would be empty without the things I've learned from my strong and wise Jedi Knight... and without his blue eyes and yummy lips and lovely body and... *goes on for three hours*
I guess I like him becuase of his blue eyes. I have a thing for blue eyes. (people tell me I'm nuts becuase I happen to own a pair myself!) I guess to that in ANH while he's still on Tatooine, he reminds me of me. Sometimes I wonder if I'm ever gonna get out of here. And go off and have a lifetime worth of adventures.
I like Luke because he's a Jedi Knight. I think the Force is so cool and that he's so lucky he can use it. Besides, his droids kick butt and he's a killer X-wing pilot! How more perfect could you get? I wish I could use the Force....
I love Mark Hamill (Luke) because he's the finest man on Earth.
Ok, in my room I have this poster of him (one of the many, but this particular one is my fav) that I look at all the time and think about. I love Luke, most of all b/c I can relate extremely well to him. I dream of acheiving bigger things, dreams, and hopes, but when I step too close to them, I always have "work to do!" as an excuse. Just like Luke. I have a bigger hope that Luke, or someone like him, will.... I don't know... rescue me?! I think that everyone here has the same thought, idea, and dream, no matter how far-fetched it may be. Now, I have "friends" who say that my imagination and obsession with Luke stunts my growth into an older person, but how can this be true when Luke makes me who I am, and causes me to grow? I think that they need a "Luke" in their life, or else they will never be as lucky as we are!
ok first i would like to tell about the first time i ever saw luke. The first SW movie i saw was ROTJ. when i saw Luke for the first time i said (out loud) and i quote "He's ugly!" my brother and dad were in the room. i know, its horrible but it was what i first thought. i did change my mind later on in the movie. then i started to like his vivid blue eyes and his hair and the way he walks. (yep, thats right, the way he walked) then i saw the rest of the movies and today they are my favourite movies. he is my favourite character in the movie probably because i felt sorry for him with his family dying and then Ben dying etc. but later he becomes a kick-ass Jedi and blows up the two Death Stars. i also think he is really sweet and a all around nice guy. my only complaint his that in the books he can't get a girl or they all leave him for some brain'dead reason plus he is just such a dud personality wise!! what is with the writers!!he's more boring then my math teacher! anyway! in the books he kinda sucks but in the movies and my imagination he kicks ass.
Well, at first, I was a skeptic. I wasn't sure which one was cuter: Luke or Han. I admit it, OK? But, not only is Luke more phisically attractive (gotta love his eyes!), he's also got the better personality. He's so idealistic in ANH, so tortured in ESB, and so pathetically defiant in ROTJ, that you've just gotta love him! The first time I saw him get zapped by the Emporer, I found myself gasping for air. He's so GOOD. In a world of fuzzy gray areas, he symbolizes the purity that we all strive for. I guess that's why I love him.

I love him because he's soooooo cute when he smiles. He has a cute butt!!! I had a crush on him since '77 when my little brother had a Star Wars Board game,and the cover had picture of him smiling.I gave him a cute nickname,how's Lukey sound? My favorite Pictures of him are from Empire Strikes Back : 1 scene in the medical ward on Hoth,when Leia calls Han a nerf herder.Luke drives me nuts when he smiles!!!
He's the cutest Jedi in the galaxy.Star Wars wouldn't be the same without him!! He's not just a boy, as the emperor said, he's a great Rebel pilot.It would've been neat to be a female Rebel pilot!!He's the bravest Jedi I've seen since Obi Wan Kenobi!! I love it when he smiles!!He's one hot honey!!!!!!!!!!!!
How could you NOT like Luke?! Actually, I like Mark Hamill but, here I go, to
babble on about Luke. First time I saw Mark Hamill was on ROTJ. I was
babysitting for a 5 year old and a 7 year old. (This was only last August so I'm
a fairly new fan) anyway, the oldest was watching ROTJ (which I had never seen)
and I would see a glimpse of this handsome guy with a freaky green glowy sword
thing. I'd think.. hmm....what is this kid watching? and "Man I gotta get this
movie!!"
I happened to see the scene with the big Rancor thing, and I was thinking "
Should I let the little guy WATCH this?" It seemed to be too intense!!! but then
he said "It's okay Lindsey, It's just a movie, It's not real!" That made me
laugh! I got the youngest in ( who also loves SW) and as I watched I was amazed
by the acting of this guy "Luke" and I looked at the case, and it said Mark
Hamill. Well, from then on, I just
fell in love with the MAGIC of Star Wars and Mark Hamill. Star Wars has such a
feel to it! Such heart to it! I was clenching my fists when the Emperor was
frying Luke and I awestruck by all of it. Luke/Mark whatever, has such a human
quality to him. He seems so calm and peaceful. He's just got an aura around him
that hypnotizes me, and I shall keep being hypnotized until the end of my
days...
I was only 9 when I saw SW and I thought that Luke and Han were the cutest guys ever, (yes, even better than Shaun Cassidy!!) But first of all, Luke had those beautiful blue eyes and second, he was nice. Nine year old boys are not usually very nice. A tremendous crush resulted. That and about 8 action figures I kept having to replace because my brother dept chewing off the light sabers. He is still one of my favorite crushes of all time.
I love Luke! It's so cute when he whines, his baby blue eyes, and everything... You know the feeling. I'm in love... Take a look deep into him and all you see will be gentleness and kindness! And how he changes from a whinny farmboy to this wonerfully wise Jedi Knight is almost unbelievable. What I like most about him is how he'll never judge you by the outside, he can always see through that mask and judge for himself if... Well, you get my point, gentleness and kindness, that's what I like best about him.
*Why* do I like Luke..? Well, when I was six years old, my I borrowed "Star Wars" froma friend of my dad`s. After watching it four times, I was convinced that Luke Skywalker had to be the coolest guy in the known universe. He was a hero with flaws. A *real* hero.. someone to look up to. And yup, ever since then(this was 13 years ago), I`ve wanted to become a Skywalker =)
Beautiful baby blue eyes,nice body and butt,gorgeous smile and voice!! He's sooooo cute when he says,"But I was goin' to Toshi Station to pick up some power converters.",in ANH!!He's one great pilot!!He's sweet,gentle,caring,cute sense of humor,and great with a lightsaber!!You just gotta love him!!!! Well,I sure do!!!
Why do I like him? Well that's a question. For one thing, he's the cutest guy there is. For another, he's incredibly brave and nice and - I don't know how to express my feelings... He is simply a wondeful man,and it's great to see how many people there is that agree on this. His blue eyes is so deep, so understanding... they contain the wisdom of the world. But his body isn't bad either :) !
He's just so beautiful! So cute, so..so..him! There could never be another man as wonderful as him. Not only is he Fine (with a capital "F") but he has the most important thing, inner beauty. During the close-ups look inside his eyes, and you'll see the kindness emerging from his soul. That's why I love Luke.
Gee, that's a really hard question. Uhh..EVERYTHING!! I'm not so sure. He's so lovable in every way. The first thing I noticed about him was how he acted. (I became breatheless in the theater!) He's sweet, whiney(in a cute sort of way), adventurous, not to mention, incredibly handsome! I've always liked his hair too in ANH (that's my favorite). And don't for get those baby blue eyes too! Geez, why does this sound so familiar?! Hmmm. Let's face it, he's basically perfect! Not too skinny, not too fat. Luke's one of those people who still have an inner-child in them, and they let it show. Well, he did in ANH. That's what gets me everytime. And plus, there is abnosutely NO guy in the world like Luke! He's one of a kind and unique. That's why all girls worship him! o)
I ADORE Luke! There isn't a moment when I'm not thinking about Luke. I love his
eyes. They're so turquoise. His hair is such a nice shade of sandy blonde. And
he's slender, yet muscular. WHO COULDN'T FALL IN LOVE WITH HIM???! Every square
inch of my room is covered with pics of him and :-) the cardboard stand-up! :-)
(My pride and joy) I kiss it goodnight every night. I could go on for DAYS about
how much I adore him, but I don't want to bore you all . . .

I love Luke because I can relate to him. I'm stranded on my block for reasons that I can't control (overprotective parents won't let me cross the highways). I can relate to his wanting to leave in ANH. He is my idol since he DOES leave, and I wish that I could do that, too, and become someone REALLY important. I like space, too (That's how I got hookt) He flies X-wings and blows up Death Stars, and all that nifty stuff. PLus, and this is the most important reason, he is too cute!

I was only vaguely aware of some film called Star Wars until a couple of years
ago (but I blame this on the fact that I wasn't exactly around when ANH came
out).
Luckily for me, Luke is ageless...

I don't know!!! He's just so...so...perfect! I mean, I love everything about him. I never even saw Star Wars until the Special Edition came out last year, but I've loved Luke ever since. I get teased about it constantly, but I don't really care. I have about a million pictures of him and, well, I could go on for probably about 2 weeks straight, but that's all I'm gonna say. (I now realaize how idiotic this would sound to most people and am doing an impression of a tomato, but everyone thinks I'm blushing--oh, never mind.)

I can not express myself in words what I feel like about Luke. He is my secret. Not one person in my family knows that I absolutely ADMIRE him!! I guess it is because even though he is terribly sweet, with the smile, eyes, blond hair, he is still strong and abale to be a hero to me. He makes me reach for places that I want to get at. I try my hardest so I can someday see him when I get famous out there in that big world :) I know it is only a dream. But who cares? There is this one page on the Internet that put me off of him for awhile, but he is just that type of totally nice person that you just what to look at the whole time and never stop looking into his blue eyes. EVEN THOUGH I HATE TO ADDMIT IT, I THINK I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH LUKE SKYWALKER. BUT, WHO COULDN'T FALL IN LOVE WITH HIM. It's that warm feeling you get when you see his smile that makes you want to smile back. It's his boyish personality, his bright blue eyes, and his gleaming blonde hair. There's just something about him that's so.......Luke.

I think that there's a little bit of Luke in every one of us. If you leave out the fact that he's the cutest guy in the galaxy with sparkling blue eyes like no one else's, I'd say Luke's personality attacts us all. His sense of wonder and excitement captured our hearts...and still hasn't let mine go! I believe we all admire Luke from a certain point of view also. He's one of those people who could do anything if he wanted too. Another reason could be that we also sort of watch him grow up right before our eyes, which, I think, gives us the feeling we've known him forvever almost. Well, for me, anyways. Han? Nah! Leo? No way! But Luke? Always and forever! :o)
