"[BVFS] allowed me to retain an indie feel to the production coupled with being able to accomplish what we needed to accomplish as far as the budget. That might not have been possible under other circumstances."

1999-SEP-11: VARIETY.COM: Sandra Bullock's Fortis Films has renewed its production deal at Warner Bros., and is ramping up two projects in which she will star. "Babe Behind Bars" will be a comic pitch about a beautiful and ruthless Hollywood executive (Sandra Bullock???) sent to prison after a car accident leaves her elderly victim in a coma.

1999-SEP-13: A few days ago, I mentioned the article from N.Y. Daily News about the relationship of Sandra Bullock and Guy Forsyth. According to this article from Austin360, Guy Forsyth has never even met Sandra Bullock. Well, it was just another attempt of hunters for sensations:
"[N.Y. Daily News column] has romantically linked Sandra Bullock and Guy Forsyth, going so far as to report that Forsyth's not the jealous type because he's friendly with Sandy's ex, Matthew McConaughey. This was news to Forsyth, who said he's never even met Bullock. The rumor was inadvertently started here when I wrote that Bullock was rumored to be dating an Austin musician. When I mentioned that she'd been spotted at a Forsyth gig - as well as at shows by the Scabs - R&M took a stab at Guy, who doesn't even get that 'as long as they spell my name right' satisfaction. It was 'Forsythe' in the Daily News..."

1999-SEP-15: This is the article from Philadelphia News about Aaron L. Shapiro, a facial plastic surgeon from the Center City of Philadelphia. Well, I think there is definitely someone else who would need to have their eyes fixed... Shapiro says:
"I think I'd have her [Sandra's] nose thinned."

1999-SEP-19: Here you can find some comparisons of stars and also the answers to questions who's hot and who's not. According to this article from JAM! Showbiz, Sandra Bullock is one of the most successful actresses in Hollywood with at least $9 million for a movie. And why is Sandy so popular? Although she is not anymore that unknown waitress from "Wrestling Ernest Hemingway," Sandra Bullock still puts the heart into her movie roles. No matter how much she gets for her flics, she is always a great person with cordial smile and warm heart. And she is also very beautiful... The article says:
"Audiences love her [Sandra's] girl-next-door vulnerability and quirkiness."

1999-SEP-25: New York Post Online - It's here again! Another article about Sandra's relationships! Well, this time it concerns The Scabs singer Bob Schneider (the article says that Schneider is Sandra's new boyfriend - who does still count them? :-) I don't know if it's true, the reporters often write just rumors. And nevertheless, Sandy's privacy is none of our business. The report goes as follows:
"Sandra Bullock has a new boyfriend, Austin rocker Bob Schneider, and the woman he just dumped is not happy about it. The National Enquirer reports the musician didn't have to think twice about dropping his live-in girlfriend of two years once Bullock set her sights on him. "Sandra Bullock is a phony," said the jilted party, Corry Scheuerman. "She's not a nice girl at all. She stole my boyfriend! She can have any guy she wants. Why did she have to take mine?"
