Would you believe that I won yet another radio contest and got to see this movie before it came out? Holy shit, I must be the luckiest guy on the planet when it comes to being the tenth caller or whatever! I am not to be fucked with on the phones, my friends. I have a knack for this shit. Now movies, next concert tickets, free vacations... and who the hell knows?!?! I am amazing! Anyhow, I liked this movie. I still haven't seen the first one, which is akin to a cardinal sin in the film student's bible, but confession is good for the soul, right? I digress... At any rate, there are so many homages to movies in here I lost track, and I'm sure I was catching about 10% of them. Film buffs, this is the movie for you. The action is tight, and the performances are great. Hell, I must have been crazy, because I remember thinking once upon a time that Uma wasn't that pretty. Mother of god, was I wrong. She has got me straight trippin'. Seriously though, she's got the goods... maybe it's the sword?
Rating: 8 out of 10 times I was buried alive-- in Cadbury eggs
