Synopsis --
A guy is going to marry this girl and go into business with her
father
afterwards. Well, the girl dies in a bizzare innocent-bystander
shooting.
Naturally, the guy stays around, living it the girl's parents house
and
continues his plans to be a real estate badass with her dad-- but does
he
really want to? Heck no, he'd rather be out boning the hot female
bartender
at the local pub instead!
Nate's review:
This was an alright movie. It was worth seeing mainly because of the
acting
performances througout. This includes Dabney Coleman. Whenever I see
him
in a movie, I think of that classic equestrian epic, "Hot To Trot"
starring
Bobcat Goldthwait and Don the mysteriously talking horse. The story
is
fairly promising, but something about it fails to deliver. I'm not
quite
able to put my finger on what it is, though. Maybe it's the lack of
a
talking horse, especially one with a carrot stuck in his ass to make his
mouth move... or Bobcat Goldthwait. Also with a carrot in his ass.
Rating: 6.5 out of 10 times I wished I were drinking during the movie
