I've always liked that Bullock

Synopsis -- Bullock's character takes a job as personal council to Hugh Grant (no relation to Cary, I don't think).  Over time, she begins to advise him on clothing, food, dates, even where to poop and pee!  She grows tired of the job and Grant's unappreciative attitude and decides to quit-- lo and behold, Grant's been falling in love with her, unbeknownst to him or her but beknownst to us because we saw the previews.

Short declaratory phrase in an attempt to get quoted in TV trailer, ad, or cover box --

"Hugh Grant is truly the biggest asshole in the state!"

"Four stars -- Bullock's performance was magnificent, like her rack!"

Once again a date movie I didn't really want to see but this was a double date and we let the ladies pick.  I was sure that they would pick LOTR, but to no avail.  There are few laughs in this but not that many.  Bullock plays the same cute but sometimes clumsy character she always plays, but I guess she is good at it.  There isn't much more to say.  If you do get dragged to this don't be too disappointed-- it could be worse, and really it's not that bad.
 

Rating: 3 out of 5 weeks that I avoided this movie then eventually saw it
