A mad Professor creates a serum that he believes can cure just about anything including the disfiguring scars on a pretty girls face. When the serum first takes effect the old Professor's takes one look at the gal and Va-Va-Voom, he's head over heels in love. This kind of pisses off his female assistant who's madly in love with him.

Unfortunately the effects don't seem permanent so he kills his assistant and uses her glands as a further treatment. When this still doesn't seem to work he injects himself with yet another serum that changes him into a homocidal monster. While in this state he kills young prostitutes for their glands.

All the while a detective and the girls boyfriend are getting a little suspicious of the goings on at the Professor's house. Everybody gets together at the lab for the grand finale.

Really goofy Jeckyl and Hyde rip off with horribly dubbed dialogue.
