A weirdo who goes by the handle of Captain Howdy lures kids out to his place via an internet teen chat room. When the hapless victims arrive he tortures them with some of the greatest body piercing techniques I've ever seen.

He gets hold of a detective's daughter. The dick gets pretty lucky tracking down the guy since he hasn't got a clue what the net is all about. But then again maybe Captain Howdy should change his handle every so often.

Howdy is sent to the nut house but is cured and released in only four years. He's okay until the local rednecks try to lynch him. They're led by robert Englund. I can't count how many of these damn horror flicks I've seen him in over the last month or so. They botch the hanging of course and Captain Howdy pops out again.

Howdy puts the grabs on the Detective's daughter again and is tracked down once more.

This is one strange movie folks. And it's definitely not for the squeamish. There's some brutal stuff happening here. It doesn't have the greatest acting but it moves along okay.
